1) Always keep the
front of the condenser free of debris. Build up of debris between the fins will
cause a raise of head pressure.
2) If your vehicle
has a clutch fan, give the fan a hard spin when it’s cold; it should spin no more then three times. If it stops in a
single turn it may be partly locked up.
3) With the engine
idling, turn on the A/C and see if the clutch engages correctly. If not, check
the voltage to the clutch. If it’s at or under 11 volts the clutch may slip in
